I am a photographer with a love and passion for nature photography. I have always been interested in photography, but it wasn't until I was lucky enough to move to Kodiak Island, Alaska, in 2008, that I really grew my passion. I was so inspired by its breathtaking beauty, especially the amazing and colorful sunrises. I started going out, dragging my two children along, taking photos and learning. Eventually I was able to purchase my first DSLR camera, a Canon EOS Rebel T1i, and started getting some great photos on auto. Then slowly, with lots of failed attempts, I taught myself how to use all the manual settings. Photos started turning out and my love grew. I wanted to further my talent and knowledge on photography, so I enrolled in the Photography Institute and received my Diploma of Professional Photography in 2014.

I do mostly nature photography, such as landscapes, seascapes, weather, macro, wildlife, and night skies. I use a Canon DSLR with various lenses. I take pride in my nature photography looking realistic, not imaginative.  I have a huge collection of photos that I will be adding to consistently. Most of my work is done in Alaska, USA or in my home state of Montana, USA.
